The location of the hotel was perfect as it was right on the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to the sand and sea. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries.- The hotel provided free Wi-Fi, which was convenient for staying connected during my stay.
The hotel was quite overpriced considering the lack of amenities provided. Some advertised features such as toiletries, tea and coffee in the room, and a hairdryer were not actually available.

The hotel's location was perfect as it was right on the beach and we had easy access to the waters and beautiful sunsets. the staff members were helpful and friendly which made our stay more enjoyable. Another plus was the free Wi-Fi which allowed us to stay connected with family and friends during our trip.
we found the hotel to be overpriced and it did not live up to our expectations considering we paid high season prices.

I got a very good room in that it was spacious and well appointed, fronting the ocean, at a very good price, at least as far as one is used to paying for such rooms elsewhere in the world, particularly Western countries. I was able to relax at the end of a very long journey so as to gather myself for the trip home. In all it was good.
Language barriers are the eternal bugbear to the monolinguistic, of whom I am one. I travel to many countries and very rarely do I 'get my message across'. And this was certainly the case here, with various misunderstandings arising from time to time (such as the desk people wanting to check me out every time I went for a walk or something). However, if I am honest I would say that this problem is as much my own as those from the various countries I travel to - I speak only English.

The overlooked the beach and was lovely, however, the beach was not very clean. Great hotel for transit to airport. They arrange this for you and it is only about 15 minutes drive. Close to shops and bars. No lift so not suitable for anybody with disabilities.

The staff are prob best thing @Rani. We went as a group for wedding. Staff is nice and helpful. Bfast is not good. Rooms are large and decent but old decor. Loud music from weddings at night. Pool is great. Beach is not too nice in Negombo . location is good o. The main street near everything. Value i think it is too expendsive for what we received, i mean its Sri Lanka i expected cheaper prices ive booked much nocer hotels in developed countries for same price.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, right on the beach with breathtaking views of the sea. It's the perfect spot for families who want to enjoy the sun and sand. the friendly staff are always ready to assist and make your stay comfortable. the rooms are cozy and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer and minibar.
It's disappointing to hear that the restaurant's hygiene standards were not up to par.

This is a poor hotel. The reception area was swarming with flies. The breakfast on offer was of very poor quality. No hot water in the bathroom. Bed linen had numerous holes in. Security patrolled our balcony and can view straight in to your room.

I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront hotel. The location on the beach was absolutely stunning. I enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to step out directly onto the sandy shores. It was a perfect spot for relaxation and taking long walks along the coastline.
Couldn't find any faults at all. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

Location on The beach Friendly staff
-Seroiusly overpriced and did not offer value for money despite high season prices. -Despite advertised the following were not supplied; toiletries, plug in sink, tea and coffee in room, hotel info in room, hairdryer, minibar, dvd/cd player - bar and dining room were the same place, and when a function had to share the facility, -pool open to non residents so that at times was too crowded for hotel residents to use - poor hygeine standards in restaurant eg. human hair on bread and fruit, flies on food, hot food was cold, - staff well meaning but untrained - poor quality of beach chairs and towels There is better value to be got for cheaper prices at other nearby hotels. Overall very disappointing
